Welcome to our fleet, Allegiant Boeing 757!

Original aircraft skin tag made from Allegiant Air's retired 757, once the work-horse for Allegiant's Hawaii route. We were able to save this piece of aviation history by cutting the aircraft fuselage skin of this Boeing 757 (N904NV) for an aviation luggage tag.

This aviation skin tag is a perfect gift for pilots, crew, employees, coworkers, as well as avgeeks, frequent flyers, and aviation enthusiasts.

Where this plane tag was cut from?

This Boeing 757 original plane tag was cut from the fuselage of Boeing 757-200 with registration number N904NV. Precisely, the section was cut from the middle section of the aircraft where the logo was painted. We were able to preserve this section of the fuselage and manufacture a limited number of original aircraft skin tag that carries aviation history.

Aircraft History

Aircraft Type: Boeing 757-200

Registration: N904NV

Owner: Allegiant Air

Delivered in 1993, this Boeing 757-200 (MSN 26967) was a part of the leisure travel history in the UK and USA where it brought many Brits and Americans to their holiday destinations.

Registered as G-BYAI, the aircraft was operated by Britannia Airways, then the world's largest holiday airline, between 1993 and 2004. In the 2000s, Thomson Travel Group, and thereby Britannia Airways, were acquired by TUI Group of Germany. As a part of the reorganization of TUI's UK operations, the aircraft was transferred to Thomsonfly and later Thomson Airways.

After retired from TUI group, the aircraft was taken up by Allegiant Air and leased to Jet2, a UK-based leisure airline, under the plane-sharing agreement between 2011 and 2012. During this period of time, the aircraft carried an Allegiant Air livery and Jet2 title on the plane.

This Boeing 757 was operated by Allegiant from 2012 to 2015 and was parted out in the United States after retirement. We were able to preserve some of the skin cuts and manufacture a limited number of original aircraft skin tags that you are holding right now.

About Allegiant and Boeing 757

Allegiant Air introduced the Boeing 757 into service from their main hub in Las Vegas (KLAS) in September 2011. Historically, Allegiant had a total of six B757-200s, all in a 217-seat configuration. These Boeing 757s were all previously used by UK charter operator Britannia Airways, which later changed its name to Thomson Airways and eventually TUI.

The reason Allegiant acquired the 757 fleet is because of the Hawaii routes. In 2012, Allegiant began using Boeing 757s on its mainland United States and Hawaii route. Allegiant’s Boeing 757 nonstop service to Honolulu included Las Vegas, Bellingham, Boise, Eugene, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, Santa Maria, Spokane, and Stockton.

For Allegiant, the paradise routes (Hawaii) was a complicated, costly, and ultimately short-lived experiment. Rather than perform the costly comprehensive D checks on their aging 757s, Allegiant eventually retired all Boeing 757 jetliners and ceased Hawaii operation in October 2017.

* Important – Please Read Carefully Before Making Purchase

Our aviation luggage tags are made from skins of plane fuselage, not stamped metal. Each luggage tag is unique - color, thickness, wear and tear may differ from one piece to another piece. We did our best to craft and clean each tag by hand carefully, however, some scratches on the surface of the tag are inevitable due to age of those airplanes. These variations and imperfections are not product flaws. Rather, they are the history and story of the airplane and this Aviator’s Story will continue as a luggage tag. Keep away from children's reach. Be cautious that the edge of this product may be sharp and may cause wound on skin. Keep out of mouth.

Fantastic customer service - fabulous tags!

I can't fault this company with anything! They were thoughtful enough to refund me the extra shipping after I ordered another tag separately before the order was dispatched. I only knew when I checked my email inbox! Wow!
Standard shipping time was actually very quick from HK to the UK. My goodness, stunning Allegiant Air 757 tags!! The fact she flew originally with Britannia Airways/Thomsonfly/Thomson as G-BYAI, and briefly leased to Jet2 as G-LSAL before departure across 'the pond' certainly increases the appeal of them to me!! Very well done Aviator Story.👏👍 Orange/white ordered!

CX has always been one of my favourite airline, it's pity to see their last 747 retired.
It so happened I was at the airport when B-HUJ made her last flight, and managed to capture a glimsp of the Queen of the Skies taking off.

Fantastic tag, front and back! I really like the colour split on mine, and there are even some sparkles in the orange paint!! I love this specific peachy shade of orange, and the engraving of the Statue of Christ in Rio De Janeiro fittingly finishes of this Boeing 737 Brazilian beauty nicely.

I selected a number which was the date I flew Air Asia for the first time. This was very meaningful.
