Where this plane tag was cut from?
This Airbus A320 original plane tag was cut from the fuselage of Airbus A320 with registration number RP-8993. Specifically, the section was cut from the fuselage above windows. We were able to preserve this section of fuselage and manufacture limited number of original aircraft skin tag that carries aviation history.
Airbus A320 MSN 667 was delivered to Aero Lloyd in Apr 1997. During its 20 years’ services, the aircraft witnessed ups and downs of the airline industry.
After Aero Lloyd ceased operations in 2003, the aircraft was acquired by Niki Airlines. It was then operated by Lotus Air and Air Slovakia between 2006 and 2011. Egypt based Lotus Air ceased operations in 2011 and this A320 was subsequently transferred to Zest Air in Philippines through lessor. In 2013, Zest Air was absorbed by Air Asia and the aircraft carried Air Asia red livery until the retirement.
The aircraft retired from Air Asia in Aug 2017 and was scrapped for parts in USA. We were able to preserve part of the fuselage and manufacture limited number of original aircraft skin tag that carries aviation history.

* Important – Please Read Carefully Before Making Purchase Luggage tags are made from skins of retired aircraft fuselage, not stamped metal. Each luggage tag is unique - color, thickness, wear and tear may differ from one piece to another piece. We did our best to craft and clean each tag by hand carefully, however, some scratches on the surface of the tag are inevitable due to age of those airplanes. These variations and imperfections are not product flaws. Rather, they are the history and story of the airplane and this Aviator’s Story will continue as a luggage tag. Keep away from children's reach. Be cautious that the edge of this product may be sharp and may cause wound on skin. Keep out of mouth. * Remark This product will be shipped in 3 business day.
