Where this plane tag was cut from? 

This Airbus A320 original plane tag was cut from the fuselage of Airbus A320 with registration number B-2022. Specifically, the section was cut from the cheatline of China Eastern Airlines livery which is below the passenger windows. We were able to preserve this section of fuselage and manufacture limited number of original aircraft skin tag that carries aviation history.

China Eastern Airlines is the largest Airbus A320 operator globally when this original aircraft skin tag was manufactured. The airline has been operating more than 200 Airbus A320 aircraft since its first A320 delivery in 1998.

This Airbus A320 (MSN: 925), one of the first batch A320 China Eastern ordered, was delivered in 1999 and registered as B-2202. During 16 years’ services, B-2202 has been a reliable aircraft serving domestic flights and short-haul Asian flights.

The aircraft retired from China Eastern Airlines fleet in 2015. It was later re-registered as N925JR and scrapped for parts in United States. We were able to preserve some of the fuselage and manufacture limited number of original aircraft skin tag that you are holding right now.
